  2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Inspection: All returned items will be inspected to confirm the manufacturing defect.

Resolution Options

If the product is deemed defective after inspection, you may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement: A replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • Refund: A full refund to the original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products without a valid proof of purchase.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date.
